All
claims must be made with carrier immediately upon receipt
of merchandise. No returns accepted without our written
permission. Transit claims (concealed or otherwise) for
damage or shortage must be filed by consignee directly with
the carrier. Our responsibilitry ceases when shipment is
delivered to carrier.

Parcel Service
If
merchandise is received in damaged condition (concealed
or otherwise), report the damage directly to U.P.S. and
Passport Furniture at once. Retain the carton and merchandise
until U.P.S. picks it up or advises disposition. We will
file the claim and send you a replacement. If this procedure
is not followed, U.P.S. will not honor the claim.
