Routing
 
Routing instructions must be posted on each order. Otherwise, Passport Furniture will designate the carrier. Passport Furniture will not be responsible for carrier routing that does not conform to customer desires unless specified on the order. All common carrier freight will be shipped collect unless otherwise requested.
 
Claims
 
All claims must be made with carrier immediately upon receipt of merchandise. No returns accepted without our written permission. Transit claims (concealed or otherwise) for damage or shortage must be filed by consignee directly with the carrier. Our responsibilitry ceases when shipment is delivered to carrier.
 
United Parcel Service
 
If merchandise is received in damaged condition (concealed or otherwise), report the damage directly to U.P.S. and Passport Furniture at once. Retain the carton and merchandise until U.P.S. picks it up or advises disposition. We will file the claim and send you a replacement. If this procedure is not followed, U.P.S. will not honor the claim.
